At the heart of our Treehouse Glamping Retreat is a deep commitment to community—the community we live in, the one we’ve built here on the land, and the one we hope to cultivate with our guests. From the very beginning, this retreat has been a labor of love, shaped not only by my vision but also by the support and generosity of friends, family, and neighbors. It’s a place that was built by community, for community.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when people come together to share skills, resources, and ideas. Many hands have touched this retreat, and every nail hammered, tree planted, and stone set has been a reminder of the importance of collaboration. We are more than just a retreat—we are a living example of what can happen when we support each other and build something meaningful, step by step.
Community is something that deeply nourishes me, and it’s a value I hope to pass on to everyone who visits. As a nonprofit professional, I’ve spent much of my life working to strengthen community bonds, and I’m proud to continue this work through the retreat. I want our guests to leave not only with a sense of peace and rejuvenation but also with a deeper understanding of the value of community and the ways in which we can all contribute to making the world a little brighter.
